IFIP Event Fees for events registered after January 2026:

€10.65/day/participant – IFIP Congress / Forum (other than flagship events), Conference
€5.325/day/participant – IFIP Working conference, Workshop
€2.13/day/participant – IFIP School

Key points from the IFIP bylaws on event fees:
• Fees are charged per participant per day.
• There is no difference between fee structure for both in person and online participation in IFIP events.
• The applicable fee depends on the type of event (conference, workshop, seminar, etc.).
• Event fees are invoiced based on the type of event and the number of participants.
• An annual adjustment by the percentage increase in the Austrian Consumer Price Index over the previous calendar year is applied to all event fees.
    In 2025 the adjustment is 2.9%.
    In 2026 the adjustment is 3.6%.   

This adjustment has become necessary due to the current economic situation.
